New Life
A new year,
A new life.
Free from worry,
Free from strife.
When you have faith to
Turn your life over to God;
There are no limits, he is
Your strength and your everlasting rod.
To be one is his grace,
His truth and his peace;
To live each day to serve him
And give complete release.
Nothing can compare to
His precious gift;
Of life eternal through our dear Savior he did lift.
High above us is he as we await his return;
To take us all home
With his gentle, loving concern.
He guides and protects us
Like no other friend;
Seek his forgiveness,
And you shall have no end!
He will never let you down
Or turn you away.
He loves you without judgment,
Even if you’ve been led astray.
So enter God’s kingdom,
Begin to do your good works.
And know in your heart
That doubt no longer lurks.
Be happy, give thanks
And believe in his Love;
You’re now a free spirit,
You’re God’s precious dove!
Trust in his strength,
His hope and his joy;
Let nothing stand in your way of your new life…..ENJOY!
